Well type vacuum bright annealing furnace
This series of vacuum resistance furnaces (hereinafter referred to as electric furnaces) are periodic operation furnaces, mainly used for vacuum bright annealing of various metals, and can also be used for other heat treatments.
The furnace shell is welded by section steel and steel plate, and the furnace is built with ultra light high aluminum foam bricks inside The insulation layer adopts aluminum silicate refractory fiber and diatomaceous earth (or vermiculite powder) bulk structure to improve the insulation performance of the furnace body.
The heating element is placed on the wire support brick and has a resistance wire hook to position it. There is a heat-resistant steel plate welded vacuum tank inside the furnace, which can hold the workpiece rack that needs to be processed. Above the vacuum tank, there is a furnace cover filled with refractory fibers for insulation.
The vacuum pipeline is equipped with protective gas valves, release valves, and disc valves for use during operation. One end of the pipeline is equipped with a vacuum gauge and a spare port (for users to install a vacuum gauge). A mechanical pump with an electromagnetic vent valve is connected to the vacuum tank through a plastic hose. To protect the sealing ring of the upper flange of the vacuum tank from damage, a cooling water jacket is installed on the upper part of the vacuum tank. After the vacuum tank is removed from the furnace, users can configure a cooling bucket as needed.
The lifting of the furnace cover and furnace liner is carried out by the user's own crane.
The temperature control system adopts intelligent meter intelligent control.
