The shell of this series of well type gas nitriding furnaces is welded from steel plates and sections, and the lining is made of ultra lightweight, high-strength 0.6g/cm³Built with energy-saving refractory materials, the outer layer of the furnace lining is sandwiched with aluminum silicate fibers, and the middle is filled with expanded vermiculite powder for insulation. The heating element is made of high-temperature resistance wire wound in a spiral shape and installed on the brick support of the furnace lining. A stainless steel furnace can is installed in the furnace. A double headed stainless steel dropper is installed on the furnace cover for dripping methanol, ensuring a uniform temperature and atmosphere inside the furnace. The furnace cover is equipped with sampling pipes, exhaust pipes, and input pipes on the upper side wall of the furnace tank for ammonia input. The furnace tank and cover are sealed with water-cooled vacuum rubber and equipped with compression screws. The exhaust gas inside the furnace is discharged outside the furnace through the exhaust pipe.
