The OZ series water-cooled screw industrial chiller is a new generation of screw industrial chiller developed by ONTAZ (Andasi) on the basis of the original water-cooled screw unit, retaining the traditional advantages of the original unit and further improving it.
The refrigeration heart adopts a fully sealed low-noise, low vibration, high-efficiency and energy-saving imported branded compressor. All electrical controls use imported branded components, and the heat exchanger adopts a shell and tube condenser with high heat transfer efficiency and easy cleaning and maintenance.
The unit is suitable for industrial sites such as vacuum coating, photovoltaic solar energy, plastics, electronics, chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, etc.
Introduction to water-cooled screw unit condenser:
Steel tube with aluminum sheet: The air-cooled condenser adopts a steel tube with aluminum sheet heat exchanger, designed and manufactured for single and multiple circuits, and the coil heat transfer area is larger than the general standard design. The surface wind speed is uniform, the heat transfer is stable, and the efficiency is long-lasting.
Steel pipe; High efficiency threaded steel pipes are used, and the two end covers can be interchanged to change the direction of the water pipes. The water pipe process has multiple circuits, and each condenser is compatible with the compressor capacity. The straight through water pipe is easy to clean and maintain.
There are 4 standard specifications for the unit, with a refrigeration range of 9460 OkCa |/h-3216400 kCa/h and a chilled water temperature adjustment range of 5-20 ℃. In addition to standard specifications, various special units can also be customized according to user requirements.
Characteristics of water-cooled screw unit:
1. Intelligence: The unit adopts an intelligent microcomputer touch screen control system, providing the most thoughtful service and the simplest maintenance information, and can be connected to the user's central control system to comprehensively monitor the operation of the unit. Adopting industrial grade PLC controller and LCD touch screen for fully automatic operation, it has functions such as automatic/manual control, parameter setting and calibration, data recording, fault alarm and recording, cumulative running time recording, etc. It can be fully automated control without the need for dedicated personnel management.
2. Efficient/Energy saving: Advanced high-performance twin-screw compressors matched with high-quality condensers and evaporators, high-quality cooling copper pipes, in compliance with relevant national standards. The large cooling unit adopts a semi enclosed screw compressor with an economy exchanger to improve operating efficiency. At the same time, the low-temperature evaporator and condenser can use imported brand 316L stainless steel plate heat exchangers, and electronic expansion valves are used for precise adjustment of refrigerant to ensure efficient and energy-saving operation of the unit at both partial and full loads.
3. Safety: Multiple unit operation safety protection measures ensure the safe use of customers. The machine is equipped with compressor delay start protector, overcurrent relay, high and low voltage protector, fuse plug, electronic time protection safety valve to ensure the normal operation of the unit.
