Introduction to Waste Gas Treatment Device in Phosphating Line Workshop
1. Processing technology
The main pollutants in the exhaust gas generated during the production process are HNO3 and H3PO4. According to the physical and chemical properties of the exhaust gas, the workshop exhaust gas is treated using a "multi-stage aeration treatment+multi-stage spray absorption" process.
Introduction to Waste Gas Treatment Process and Equipment:
2. Acid mist collection method
Based on the actual work needs of the workshop, the collection method is as follows:
Seal the 8 grooves of the phosphating line in one space and install a fully covered design.
The gas gathering branch pipes are mainly installed at the positions of the phosphating tank and hot water tank.
3. Spray absorption
In order to ensure the removal of acidic waste gas in the exhaust gas meets the emission standards, the "multi-stage aeration spray" process is adopted for treatment based on the initial concentration data of acid mist provided by the demand side.
We use newly developed high-efficiency fillers for the absorption layer, built-in aeration devices, and gas-liquid countercurrent spraying. The exhaust gas enters from the bottom and is discharged from the top, while the spray liquid enters from the top and is discharged from the bottom. The filling material inside the tower can provide a sufficiently large surface area to promote full contact between the gas and liquid phases. It does not generate excessive resistance to gas-liquid flow. To prevent blockage of the spray absorption tower, the alkaline solution should be prepared into a solution with a suitable concentration.
3.1.3 Supporting Facilities
To ensure that the purification efficiency of the purification tower is not less than 99%, it is necessary to make full use of the aeration device inside the tower to ensure standard emissions under normal production conditions. Based on the initial concentration (i.e. tower concentration) * high value detected, the double tower should be determined, but the wind pressure of the fiberglass centrifugal fan should be ensured to be not lower than Npa/double tower.
