The water wash type water curtain cabinet is equipped with an advanced paint mist capture system, mainly composed of a water curtain plate, a circulating water tank, a water supply system, and an exhaust system. Fully mix the paint mist with the water flowing on the surface of the water curtain board, use a fan to generate high-speed airflow, roll up the water, and purify the paint mist. In order to separate the air and water, a serrated plate is installed at the air inlet containing paint mist, allowing the airflow to enter between the water surface and the serrations, and then be discharged by the fan, while the water falls into the circulating water tank. A filter screen is installed in front of the inlet of the circulating water pump. The water supply cycle consists of a circulating water pump, valves, pipelines, and overflow tanks. The circulating water pump pumps water from the circulating water tank and pressurizes it before entering the overflow tank through the pipeline. When the water is full, it overflows and forms a stable liquid flow on the surface of the water curtain. The excess water flows directly into the circulating water tank through the bypass, ultimately forming a stable liquid flow on all surfaces of the water curtain plate.
