1、 Product Overview:
The Wanshen CountS2 online automatic counting instrument (thin plate counter/steel plate counter) uses a high-resolution camera with positioning triggered automatic photography and counting for imaging. It adopts industry-leading image analysis technology and precise intelligent recognition algorithms to efficiently and accurately count various types of thin plates. This model is suitable for online automatic counting of board stacks on conveyor belts at a height of 300-700mm above the ground, displaying single counting results and cumulative numbers.
2、 Main performance parameters:
1. Online automatic counting of various types of plates with thicknesses ranging from 0.8mm to 4.0mm (including steel plates, aluminum plates, copper plates, plastic plates, PCB circuit boards, cardboard, etc.);
2. The total height of a single counting thin plate is ≤ 200mm (the total counting height can reach 400mm when the plate thickness is 2.5mm~8.0mm);
3. Fully automatic triggering of photography+automatic recognition of counting board time ≤ 2.5 seconds/timebeatAutomatically display the number of boards and cumulative number of boards;
4. The error of fully automatic counting board is ≤± 0.3% (the unevenness of stacking is ≤ 2 board thicknesses. The average accuracy of counting board after continuous testing for 4 hours is not less than 99.7%), which can be quickly corrected to 100% accuracy by browsing the computer for verification;
5. Automatic saving of counting board results and marked images;
6. Intelligent recognition sensitivity and other characteristic software are optional.
