1、 Substrate:Specially designed for various types of luggage fabrics, canvas, and advertising fabrics, it has the characteristics of fast thickening, water resistance, and good recoating ability

3、 Safety standards:
(1) Compliant with EU Directive 2002/61/EC prohibiting azo dyes (AZO) with a content not exceeding 30mg;
(2) Complies with the EU EN71 PART3 standard for heavy metal content;
(3) Compliant with the safety standards (2003/53/EC) set by the European Union for alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ethers (APEO).

6、 Instructions for use:
1. Applicable mesh size: 60~150 mesh (recommended to use 65 degree polyester adhesive scraper)
2. Drying time: natural drying or baking at 60-70 ℃
3. Practical time: Natural volatilization at 25 ℃ for 8-12 hours, drying at 60-70 ℃ for 5-10 minutes
4. Diluent: Purified water
5. Slow drying agent: WG-004 (for 2-5% of the total amount)
6. Plate washing water: tap water
7. Usage:
(1) Stir thoroughly during use, seal immediately after use, and add 2-5% WG-002 curing agent to increase water resistance and other properties
(2) According to printing needs, a small amount (about 3-5%) of pure water or (about 2-5%) of slow drying agent WG-004 can be added appropriately.
8. Precautions:
(1) When not printing for a short period of time, the screen should be immediately sealed or cleaned with clean water, otherwise it is easy to block the screen;
(2) Different substrates and environments can produce different printing effects, please conduct thorough testing for reproduction;
(3) This product should be stored in a cool and ventilated environment.
