1、 Overview
1. WSB centrifugal vortex pump is used to transport liquids with a temperature not higher than+185, viscosity not greater than 5E, non corrosive, and no solid particles. After changing the material of the overcurrent component, it can be used to transport corrosive liquids without solid particles. The performance range of this type of pump; The lift ranges from 88 meters to 200 meters, and the flow rate ranges from 6.3 cubic meters to 27 cubic meters per hour.
2. The WSB pump is a two-stage cantilever centrifugal vortex pump, with the first stage operating as a centrifugal pump and the second stage operating as a vortex pump.
3. There are three types of WSB centrifugal vortex pumps: 65WSB-130, 65WSB-140, and 65WSB-150. The materials for overcurrent components include Q235 carbon steel, 304 and 316L, and C4 steel.
4. The sealing form of WSB centrifugal vortex pump adopts a single end mechanical seal.

3、 Structural description
The main components of WSB centrifugal vortex pump include: ⑴ pump body, ⑵ centrifugal wheel, ⑶ impeller nut, ⑷ vortex pump body, ⑸ vortex wheel, Ψ pump cover, Ω single end sealing part, Ϊ cover, Ϋ front axle pressure bearing cover, bearing seat, ⑾ pump shaft, ⑿ bearing, ⒀ rear axle pressure bearing cover, ③ pump coupling, ④ electric coupling. Refer to the structural diagram. The vortex wheel can move freely on the shaft to ensure that the axial gap between the vortex wheel, the vortex pump body, and the back cover is equal on both sides. It is allowed to adjust the gap with a paper pad, but the paper pad must be placed outside the asbestos board at the back cover stopper.
The WSB centrifugal vortex pump is connected to the motor using a melon shaped elastic coupling component and installed together on the same base.
The rotation direction of WSB centrifugal vortex pump is counterclockwise when viewed from the pump towards the motor. The bearings are lubricated with calcium based butter.
