Hot sleeve thermocouples are mainly used to measure the temperature of steam pipelines and boilers.
Thermocouples use a detachable thermal sleeve protection tube and thermocouple. When in use, users can weld or mechanically fix the thermal sleeve to the equipment, and then install the thermocouple to work. Its advantages are that it increases the working pressure and service life of the protection tube, and is easy to repair or replace the thermocouple. Currently, this structural form is widely used abroad.
The hot sleeve protection tubes produced by our company are processed using imported equipment and deep blind hole technology, without the need for welding at the ends, which improves the strength and service life of the hot sleeve protection tubes.
There are five different structures and installation methods for hot sleeve thermocouple products, and users can choose according to different temperatures, pressures, and steam flow rates. The installation size and method refer to EBASCO specifications.

Protective tube material: 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel
Placement depth I (mm): 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 450, 500.
I≤250mm， The protective tube can be used at 600 ℃.
Note: For conventional products, H=130mm. When the product is used for a condenser, H=2000 or 2500mm.
