application
The structural principle of the blowing thermocouple is to form a certain gas path between the temperature sensing element of the armored thermocouple and the outer protective tube. In the gas path, a certain pressure of inert gas is introduced to eliminate or reduce the infiltration of reducing gas into the thermocouple under high temperature and high pressure conditions. The addition of trace elements increases the suction characteristics of the blowing thermocouple, thereby extending the service life of the armored thermocouple.
It is an indispensable temperature measuring device in a 300000 ton synthetic ammonia plant.
