Overview of WQK/QG Sewage Pump with Cutting Device

The WQK/belt cutting device sewage pump has a particularly strong sewage passing capacity and good cutting performance. It can chop up impurities such as long fibers, plastics, paper, belts, cloth strips, straw, ropes, etc. in the sewage and discharge them. It adopts advanced methods and is designed with reasonable hydraulic characteristics, so that the electric pump can operate at full head. The excellent combination of dry motor and water pump makes the total efficiency of the electric pump reach the same level as the ASS belt cutting device series products of West German ABS company. The electric pump adopts high-quality hard alloy, double end mechanical seal and skeleton oil seal assembly surface, which should not exceed 1/2 of the height of the motor, and the temperature of the pumped waste should not exceed 40 ℃.

The WQX series submersible sewage pump is mainly used for discharging domestic wastewater, sewage, human feces and urine, as well as solid suspended solids and non corrosive media containing short fiber paper scraps, sawdust, starch, sediment, ore particles, etc. The temperature of the pumped liquid does not exceed 40 ℃, the density does not exceed 1200kg/m3, and the pH value is about 9. This electric pump adopts a double end mechanical seal and a rotating impeller. The impeller is made of stainless steel, wear-resistant, non clogging, non winding, and has the advantages of small volume, compact structure, and easy portability.

Scope of application for WQK/QG sewage pump with cutting device

The WQK/QG sewage pump with cutting device is mainly used for engineering sewage and domestic sewage.

(1) Used for construction sites, engineering foundation construction, municipal facilities, and water treatment plants.

(2) Sewage discharge from the basement of various high-rise buildings, civil air defense pits, subways, and other underground structures.

(3) Sewage treatment and circulating water transportation for small and medium-sized enterprises.

(4) The pumping of slag and slurry from factories and mining enterprises such as food, paper, brewing, steel and non-ferrous metals, leather, textile, pharmaceutical, cement plants, etc.

(5) Chicken farms, pig farms, various animal husbandry industries, fish ponds are used for pumping and cleaning ponds, oxygenation, septic tanks, and other occasions for the transportation of human and animal manure and urine.

Precautions for use

(1) Before using the electric pump, it is necessary to first check whether the cables are damaged. When handling and installing the water pump, cut iron to pull or damage the cables to prevent accidents caused by cable breakage and water leakage. If the cable cracks hard, it should be replaced immediately. And use a megohmmeter to check if the insulation resistance of the electric pump is normal (the insulation resistance should not be less than 1 megohm)

(2) Identify the grounding wire (usually yellow or green or marked with a grounding symbol), and follow the prescribed procedures to properly connect the grounding wire. Our factory's grounding wire is equipped with a grounding sign.

(3) Choose appropriate protectors (such as leakage protectors, air switches, phase failure overcurrent protectors, etc.) and do not directly connect them with knife switches.

(4) Connect the power cord according to the standard, test the power supply, check if the electric pump is running normally, and determine if the steering is correct. If the steering is incorrect, swap any two of the three power cords (note that the running time should not exceed half a minute).

(5) Install the water outlet connector and water outlet hose (or iron pipe), tie a rope on the electric pump handle (never use a cable to replace the hanging rope), place the electric pump into the pump to be pumped, turn on the power, and it can be used.

(6) In order to ensure personal safety, it is strictly prohibited to install water operations (such as moving, inspecting, troubleshooting, etc.) near the electric pump during the operation of the electric pump. Contact with the electric pump is necessary to prevent accidents caused by electric pump leakage!

(7) It is strictly prohibited to expose the entire electric pump to the water surface for long-term (or short-term) operation. The "on" and "off" of the electric pump should not be too frequent to prevent motor overheating and damage

(8) Long term pumping of liquids with high sand content causes significant wear on the overcurrent components of the WQK/QG belt cutting device sewage pump. It is recommended to use our factory's cyclone sewage submersible electric pump product.

(9) If it is found that the WQK/QG sewage pump with cutting device does not rotate, the protector trips, the fuse burns out and other abnormal phenomena occur during operation, the power should be cut off immediately, and the wiring of the power protector should be checked for any problems. If these external devices are all normal, it may be a fault with the electric pump, and it should not be continued to be used to avoid accidents!
