Installation precautions:
1. Use the installation bracket or bottom plate with 4 fixed screw holes, and install directly in the correct orientation according to the needs of the site and machine installation space facilities
2. During installation, attention should be paid to the angle of the traction rope, that is, try to make the traction rope slide in a straight line along the X-axis direction of the XYZ coordinate space from the outlet to the moving part of the mechanism, and try to maintain the minimum angle deviation (allowable deviation ± 3 °) to ensure measurement accuracy and the service life of the traction rope. When installing vertically with a long stroke, it is recommended to install the rope ruler body at the lower part and pull the rope upwards.
3. The traction rope is made of stainless steel and should not be damaged by external forces such as cuts, burns, or impacts; Excessive dust, debris, and acidic or alkaline environments can damage the traction rope. Therefore, it is necessary to protect the traction rope when necessary.
4. If the displacement sensor is not installed in front of the workbench or fixed seat, do not pull out the traction rope with your hands or other objects and let it bounce back instantly. This may cause the traction rope to break, damage the sensor body, and even harm people's eyes and personal safety.
The instantaneous acceleration of the traction motion of the product should be ≤ 2 meters per second. The absolute speed is ≤ 1 meter/second. Exceeding the above speed and acceleration range will reduce the reliability and service life of the product, and even cause the traction rope to break. If used for non linear motion mechanisms, please install appropriate pulleys to constrain curved motion to linear motion.
