The WJ type slurry pump adopts advanced dual channel impellers from abroad, which can be used to transport slurry containing corrosive liquids below 200 ℃, replacing traditional lining pumps. Various fibers and particles have good passing performance, with characteristics such as no blockage and a wide range of pulp concentration. They can pass through cotton pulp, wood pulp, various particles, sewage and garbage, etc. Compared with ZBJ pulp pumps, it has a long service life, significant energy-saving effect, and efficiency can be improved by 10-15%. For example, the overcurrent department uses materials such as ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, ZG1Gr18Ni12Mo2Ti, 316, 316L, 904, Cr30, 941, CD4MCu, etc. The WJ type slurry pump is a new generation of slurry pump series products developed based on the principle of unobstructed pumps produced by Japan's Ebara.
