This model of bimetallic thermometer with switch electrical contacts is suitable for applications that require both process temperature display and switch circuits.

The switch electrical contact (electronic electrical contact) can turn on and off the electrical control circuit according to the pointer position of the instrument. The switch electrical contacts are adjustable within the full range. The instrument pointer (actual value pointer) can rotate freely throughout the entire range, regardless of the setting.

The pointer can be calibrated from the instrument window using a removable key (installed on the junction box).

The switch electrical contact not only includes multiple electrical contacts, but also can set a single set value. When the actual value pointer exceeds or falls below the set value, the electrical contact will switch.

Switching electrical contacts include sliding electrical contacts, inductive electrical contacts, and electronic electrical contacts. Inductive electrical contacts comply with ATEX certification requirements, while electronic electrical contacts can be used for switching PLCs.
