1、 Product Description:
Water based glass varnish is suitable for coating the inner and outer surfaces of glass workpieces, with a baking temperature of 150-180 degrees Celsius. This product does not contain toxic substances such as formaldehyde and benzene, and uses pure water as a diluent. It is environmentally friendly, safe, fire-resistant, non flammable, and non explosive. The surface performance of the paint film has passed various performance tests and passed various environmental indicators that meet European and American requirements. The product has excellent adhesion performance and optical transparency to glass, high hardness, aging resistance, non toxicity, and does not pollute the environment in the later stage.

2、 Technical indicators:
1. Color: Transparent color, can be adjusted with water-based colorants and water-based pastes
2. Solid content: 30-35%
Viscosity: Apply four cups at 25 degrees Celsius (26-30 degrees Celsius)
PH value: 7.5-8
Diluent: Purified water
Hardness: 2-4H
Adhesion: No detachment in the hundred grid test
Water resistance: 2H
L Fog resistance: 80 hours
Alcohol resistance: Wipe 500 times with 95% alcohol and soak for 24 hours without peeling the paint
L Application field: glassware, glasses, perfume bottles, wine bottles, crystals, lighting and other products
3. Operation process:
1: Dilute the viscosity of this product with purified water for 15-18 seconds, stir evenly, and then spray directly
2: The sprayed glass workpiece should be placed in a dust-free area and baked at a temperature of 130-180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes. The specific time and temperature should be adjusted according to the on-site operation,
