1Physical indicators:
Appearance: Smooth oil is milky white with a slightly transparent appearance, and after drying, it becomes a transparent film. The white color is milky white paste.
IIcomponent:
Waterborne acrylic acid, compound colors, and additives.
IIIProduct performance:
1. Super resistant to washing, dry and wet friction.
2. Suitable for all cotton knitted fabrics, T/C, Machine printing of synthetic fabrics and sports equipment fabrics.
3. Soft to the touch, no mesh clogging, and good resilience.
4Operation process:
1. It is recommended to use 80-150 mesh mesh for plate making.
2. When printing, it is necessary to adjust the viscosity by adding an appropriate amount of purified water or our company's WG-004 anti clogging agent 3% -5%
3. After printing, overheating at a temperature of 130-150 degrees Celsius for 1-2 minutes will result in better fastness.
Due to the complexity and diversity of current printed fabrics, strict pre production testing should be conducted based on actual production needs before mass production.
