WG-WA111 water white to transparent ink

1、 Purpose:
Mainly used for children's graphics cards, anti-counterfeiting trademarks, and educational books and magazines.

2、 Substrate:
Suitable for printing on paper, synthetic paper, glossy paper, and EVA adhesive paper.

3、 Safety standards:
1: Complies with the safety standards (Showa 49-34) set by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare for "formalin" (formaldehyde).
2: Compliant with EU Directive 2002/61/EC prohibiting azo dyes (AZO) with a content not exceeding 30mg.
3: Complies with the EU EN71 PART 3 standard for heavy metal content.
4: Meets the GB/T 7573 standard for determining the pH value of textile water extracts.
5: Compliant with the safety standards (2003/53/EC) set by the European Union for alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ethers (APEO).
6: Does not contain PVC (determination method: FTIR)

4、 Product Features:
Rapid wet display, good adhesion, high whiteness, good printability, and less likely to clog the screen.

5、 Physical characteristics:
Appearance: White viscous substance
Solid content: 45 ± 2%
PH value: 8.0 ± 0.5

6、 Usage:
1. Suggest choosing 100-150 mesh screen printing;
2. When the viscosity of the ink increases during use, 2-5% pure water can be added to adjust the viscosity. If it dries too quickly, 2-5% WG-004 anti clogging agent can be added;
3. During the printing process, every printed sheet should be immediately sealed with a scraper to prevent dry plates from blocking the screen;
4. Printed materials can be naturally dried or dried at 60-80 ℃.

7、 Packaging
1 kg/barrel or 5 kg/barrel.
Remarks: Storage conditions: 0 ℃~35 ℃, away from light, cool and ventilated.
