One Product Introduction
WG-050 is a water-based varnish specially formulated by our company for social single gold cards. This product has excellent adhesion to various aluminum plated films and aluminum foils. The composite cardboard colored with this product can adapt to printing and brushing processes such as ordinary offset printing, UV offset printing, ordinary screen printing, UV screen printing, gravure printing, and flexographic printing. Moreover, gold cards made with this product have the characteristics of good gloss, high fullness, high adhesion, and no odor.

III Suggested usage method
1. Generally, there is no need to dilute in advance. You can directly add our company's dedicated water-based gold card yellow paste and water-based gold card red paste to adjust to the desired color. If the viscosity of the varnish is high when the temperature is low in winter, you can first dilute the varnish with a diluent of less than 10% before adjusting the color. It is recommended to add the diluent while stirring to avoid adverse conditions.
2. Mesh size: 220-250 mesh mesh roller, generally 250 mesh is sufficient to meet most usage requirements.
3. Diluent: Generally alcohol/water=6/4, the appropriate ratio and dosage can be adjusted according to the actual drying effect. When the speed is fast, alcohol up to 10% can be directly added to dilute.
4. When printing and coating, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the oven temperature, drying path length, and vehicle speed; This varnish belongs to the fast drying type. It is recommended to apply it at a speed of 60-80 meters per minute on aluminum coated paper and 80-100 meters per minute on aluminum foil paper.

4 Precautions
1. Storage period: 6 months. This product should be stored in a cool, sheltered place, and the storage container should be sealed.
2. This varnish formula is particularly precise, and other materials not recommended by our company are strictly prohibited. It is also necessary to prevent possible container contamination during use.
3. The technical information provided above was obtained by engineers based on the working environment at that time, but our company does not guarantee that customers will have exactly the same effect when using it. Considering the special nature of chemicals and the different factory environments, please try it out in small batches first to see if it is suitable, and then put it into production in large quantities.
