This machine has a four column, double screw, and oil cylinder bottom mounted main structure, with a semi open jaw seat and a piano type oil source control cabinet as the control oil source. The stretching space is located above the host, and the compression, bending, and shear tests are located below the host, between the moving crossbeam and the workbench. The adjustment of the experimental space is achieved by moving the position of the middle crossbeam, which is driven by a gear reduction motor and a chain drive. The computer automatically controls the servo valve to complete the loading process of the sample, with multiple automatic control modes such as constant rate test force, constant rate deformation, and constant rate displacement. Smooth switching can be achieved between various control modes. The independent external controller and strong electric control system provide strong guarantees for the stable operation of the equipment. After the experiment is completed, the computer can automatically calculate the elastic modulus, tensile strength, upper and lower yield strengths, specified non proportional elongation strength, maximum total elongation at break, elongation at break, and section shrinkage of the material, and can directly output standard test reports and test curvesOutput statistical reports in EXCELL and WORD formats.

11. The test force, displacement, deformation, loading rate, and various test curves are dynamically displayed in real-time on the screen during the test process;

12. The loading method of the experimental process can be freely edited and controlled according to the customer's ideas;

13. The experimental results can achieve resource sharing between local area networks;

14. When the load exceeds 3-5% of the full range, the automatic overload protection will shut down.
