Product Introduction
A hydraulic injector is a mechanical device with three effective functions: vacuum pumping, condensation, and drainage. It uses water flow under a certain pressure to spray out symmetrically and uniformly at a certain inclination. Aggregated at a focal point, due to the high velocity of the jet water flow, negative pressure is formed around it, creating a vacuum inside the chamber. In addition, due to the condensation of secondary vapor into water, a small amount of uncondensed vapor is mixed and squeezed with non condensable gas due to friction with the high-speed jet water, and is discharged through the expansion tube, creating a higher vacuum inside the chamber. However, at present, the manufacturer of water jet is small and the variety is not complete. For this reason, we have constantly improved the design in recent years, adopting structures such as multiple nozzles and air rings (guide plates), and using multi-stage pumps to feed water. The installation height of suction is 4.5 meters, which improves and improves its working performance. It is progressiveness and an innovation of vacuum condensation equipment.

The entire structure of the W hydraulic injector is compact and precise, with higher strength. It is used in vacuum evaporation systems. Due to the ability to combine the condensation effect of the condenser and the pumping effect of the vacuum pump in one device, the process flow is greatly simplified. Compared with the original device that used a vacuum pump and an old condenser, it can save equipment such as vacuum pumps, condensers, and water separators. It also has the following advantages:
1. Hydraulic injectors have small volume, light weight, and compact structure. And the efficiency is relatively high, with lower power consumption than the vacuum pump system, investors.
2. Easy to operate and maintain, no need for dedicated personnel to manage, low noise due to the absence of mechanical transmission parts, and no need to consume lubricating oil.
3. It can be installed outdoors at the bottom, occupying less space and saving factory building area and installation costs.
application
The application of W hydraulic jet is extremely wide, mainly used in vacuum and evaporation systems for processes such as vacuum pumping, vacuum evaporation, vacuum filtration, vacuum crystallization, drying, deodorization, etc. It is equipment widely needed in grain production, pharmaceuticals, chemical industry, food, salt production, monosodium glutamate, milk, fermentation, and some light industry and defense departments
Structural description
The W hydraulic injector consists of a body, a cover, a nozzle, a nozzle seat plate, a guide plate, a diffuser tube, and a one-way valve. The nozzle is made of stainless steel, and the nozzle seat plate is made of high-quality steel. The other parts are cast iron. The nozzle adopts a multi nozzle structure to obtain a larger water vapor contact area, which is conducive to heat exchange and achieves better vacuum effect. The nozzle seat plate is processed with precision and high accuracy, so that the sprayed water flow can be accurately concentrated at the same focal point. The guide plate is used to slow down the flow rate of steam (or air), so that the steam is evenly introduced into the chamber to prevent the jet water from deviating and reduce the pumping efficiency.

matters needing attention
1. The cold water entering the pipeline from the booster pump to the injector should minimize pipe fittings to reduce resistance losses.
2. Drainage pipes are required to be vertical and without bends. If they must be bent, the angle of the bend should not exceed 45, and 30 is commonly used, with no more than two bends.
3. Each interface must be tight to avoid leakage.
4. During installation, the user should install a section of steel pipe as the tail pipe according to the outlet diameter of the diffusion pipe. The long filling should generally be at least 2 meters, but should not extend into the water of the circulating water tank.
5. Fault: The vacuum degree cannot be reached. Reason: Leakage in the installation pipeline connection, blockage of the nozzle, insufficient flow and pressure of the water pump, and malfunction of the vacuum gauge.
