Traditional VOC gas detectors generally use catalytic combustion sensors for measurement. These sensors react slowly to gases above carbon 5 and are prone to sensor poisoning. However, the fixed VOC (PID) online monitoring based on the principle of thousand photoionization detection solves this problem well, with fast response and no poisoning phenomenon. It can even be used as a low to PPB level VOC gas detector.
The instrument adopts a pump absorption sampling method, which can be directly connected to gas outlet pipelines such as flues. The gas entering the instrument is cooled and filtered through units such as steam traps, fine filters, dehumidifiers, etc. Enter the intelligent PIO organic gas detector and measure the VOES concentration of the gas through * spectral technology.
The entire system consists of three subsystems: gaseous pollutant VOES concentration monitoring, data acquisition, and wireless transmission. It has a simple structure, wide dynamic range, strong real-time performance, flexible networking, and low operating costs. The system adopts a modular structure, which is easy to combine and can communicate with the internal DCS and environmental protection department data systems of the enterprise.

Operating environment and working conditions
The working environment temperature of PID is -20-50 ° C, and this product undergoes a series of treatments before the gas enters the PID sensor, so the instrument can monitor the concentration of VOE in the gas before and after treatment.
The environmental humidity of the PID sensor is 0-95% RH (without solidification). This product undergoes dehumidification before the gas enters the PID to meet the sensor requirements; In order to ensure the safety of the system and the accuracy of measurements, the system needs to provide reliable grounding and AC power supply.
