Overview
The viscosity monitoring system consists of viscosity sensors, LCD displays, control screens, relay modules, etc. Customers can set their own upper and lower limit thresholds for viscosity changes according to the actual control needs of industrial production line liquids, adjust viscosity online, and read viscosity values in real time. The interface settings are simple and convenient for on-site installation and operation. The system comes with historical alarm information, making it easy to query production process data and providing good guidance for customers to improve their production lines. At the same time, the system comes with RS485 signal output, which can be connected to the customer's data processing system, or a wireless data transmission module can be added for remote monitoring.
