The overall installation of vertical thrust sliding bearings is mainly used on rotating motors or other rotating machinery equipment for vertical installation, to withstand axial and radial forces. It mainly includes: thrust tile components (with disc springs and supports), guide tiles, guide tile seats, guide tile adjustment bolts, bearing plates (for thrust tile support), oil-water coolers, shells, thrust head expansion sleeves, oil sealing devices, inner and outer oil blocking cylinders, and several other parts. According to different operating conditions and the load capacity of the bearings, different lubrication methods can be used: self-lubricating or pressure oil circulation lubrication. For self-lubricating bearings, there are usually two forms of cooling: natural cooling or water cooling through a cooler installed inside the housing. Under the rotation of the thrust head, lubricating oil flows into the groove between the thrust head and the inner oil blocking cylinder through the bearing plate, enters the working surface of the thrust tile and guide tile for lubrication and cooling, and then flows out from the oil outlet holes on the guide bearing seat and outer oil blocking cylinder. It is cooled by the oil-water cooler before circulating for lubrication.
