The DWZYL series vertical hydraulic press is a gap operated secondary dewatering equipment designed and manufactured by Sichuan Duowei Filtration Equipment Co., Ltd. It has a compact structure and small footprint; The innovative bottom automatic unloading method makes the operation convenient and the pressing efficiency high. The entire process of loading, pressing, and discharging the equipment is automatically controlled and does not require manual operation.

The moisture content of materials is still relatively high after filtration or dehydration, which is not convenient for transportation and storage, and the energy consumption of materials that need to be dried later is also high. 1. Working principle
The DWZYL series vertical automatic hydraulic press utilizes the pressure of a hydraulic cylinder to directly act on the material being pressed through a clamping plate, generating a high unit pressure to slowly press out moisture. Adjusting the pressing time according to the different characteristics of the material can achieve extremely low moisture content. Compared with other drying or dehydration equipment, it not only reduces the moisture content of materials, but also greatly saves operating costs and improves production efficiency.
2. Equipment structure and performance characteristics
The DWZYL series vertical automatic hydraulic press product is composed of the following parts: frame, oil cylinder, hydraulic station, press cylinder body, movable pressure plate, pull plate oil cylinder assembly (optional automatic feeding and unloading device), etc. The whole machine frame is made of all steel structure, with high strength and long service life. The press cylinder is made of 304 stainless steel. The pressing plate, movable pressure plate and other parts in contact with the pressing liquid are lined with stainless steel.
The DWZYL series vertical automatic hydraulic press uses bottom discharge method to reduce labor intensity and improve pressing efficiency. The press machine is designed with a press liquid collection tank, which can easily discharge the press liquid to the user's designated location. This series of vertical hydraulic presses is also equipped with a limited stroke self-locking protection device, and the pressing and pulling plates are interlocked to ensure safe use.
