Yizhirun vertical copper plated threaded grounding rod
The Yizhirun vertical grounding rod is made by covering a low-carbon steel core with electrolytic copper with a purity of 99.9%. The copper plating layer is tightly bonded to the steel in molecular form and has strong corrosion resistance. The low-carbon steel core is processed into a predetermined diameter through cold drawing technology, and the material used for the steel core has a strength of up to 600N/m2Due to its tensile strength, it can be installed to a considerable depth with the help of an impact hammer. The thickness of the copper plating layer on the Yizhirun copper plated grounding rod can reach 0.254mm or more at each point, ensuring that the grounding rod has a working life of more than 30 years underground.
The end thread of the grounding rod is rolled after the copper plating process, and the steel and copper layers are rolled together in the thread, making the bond between the steel and copper at the thread exceptionally firm.
The grounding rod connection uses threaded connecting pipes to meet the requirements of E50164-2 "Lightning Protection Components (LPC), Requirements for Conductors and Grounding Electrodes".
