Working principle
The internal crushing process is achieved through the cutting action between the high-speed rotating blade and the sieve ring fixed on its periphery. Due to the centrifugal force, the sample moves towards the outside of the rotor and strongly collides with the wedge-shaped rotor teeth located on the outer extension of the rotor, achieving the effect of crushing. At the same time, the shear effect between the rotating blade and the sieve ring produces a fine crushing effect on the sample. Afterwards, the samples filtered out by the sieve ring can be collected in the collection tray carried by the instrument itself, or collected through a large capacity cyclone separator or paper filter bag.
