The double-layer vacuum filled nitrogen oven is one of the commonly used equipment in various baking and aging experiments, suitable for testing the performance indicators of electronic instruments, materials, electricians, vehicles, metals, electronic products, and various electronic components in temperature environments And for quality management purposes

Box specifications and parameters:

1. Internal dimensions: 600 (width) x 600 (depth) x 600 (height) mm; (two box independent control)

2. The external dimensions are approximately 1250 (width) x 1220 (depth) x 1750 (height) mm, subject to the actual product;

3. Box structure: The structure is integrated;

4. Compartment: Divided into two layers, equipped with two stainless steel mesh plates that can be easily removed;

5. Panel installation: The control panel is installed on the right side of the machine (as shown in the figure);

6. Door opening method: Single door opens from right to left;

7. Visual window: There is no visible window on the door (as shown in the picture);

9. The inner material is 304 # stainless steel plate, with a thickness of 4.0mm, and the inner box has been reinforced;

10. The outer material is cold-rolled steel plate, 1.2mm thick, treated with powder coating paint (off white);

11. The insulation material is: high temperature resistant glass fiber rock wool, with good insulation effect;

Temperature control system:

1. The temperature control adopts a touch screen controller, with programmed temperature control and nitrogen filling, automatic calculation, PV/SV simultaneous display, and touch setting; (As shown in the figure below)

2. Communication port: RS232 computer communication port;

3. Timer function: The instrument has a built-in timer function, which stops heating when the time is up and gives an alarm prompt;

4. Heating method: using three sided heating with thermal radiation; (Left, right, bottom three sides)

5. The heating element is a stainless steel high-temperature resistant heating tube;

6. Temperature sensing wire (PT100) high temperature type thermistor;

7. Heating control output: 3-32V DC;

8. The current controller is an SSR solid-state relay;

9. Temperature range: adjustable and controllable between room temperature and 30-200 ℃;

10. Control accuracy: ± 0.5 ℃;

11. Display accuracy: 0.1 ℃;

12. Uniformity of temperature deviation distribution inside the box: ± 5.0 ℃ (Empty box without vacuum test)

vacuum system

1. This machine adopts high-density silicone sealing strips for sealing at the entrance;

2. Vacuum degree is displayed as a number, using SMC pressure gauge to display real-time vacuum degree and relative pressure display;

3. Machine vacuum degree range: 0KPa to -1000KPa, (vacuum degree: ≤ 265Pa);

4. Vacuum control mode: automatic control, stop vacuuming when the vacuum degree reaches, automatically start when it is below the lower limit, and work in this cycle. After the constant temperature time is completed, stop working; Manually decompress and fill with air or nitrogen;

5. The change in vacuum degree during the product baking process is only displayed for observation and does not save data;

6. Configure a 4-liter direct connection vacuum pump with a power of 550W and a voltage of 220V



Nitrogen filling device (can be manually filled with air for decompression)

1. Pressure regulating valve: controls the nitrogen pressure, and under normal use, the nitrogen pressure is adjusted to around 2 kilograms;

2. Flow meter: controls the size of nitrogen entering the box, with a range of 2L/min-10Lmin;

3. The nitrogen pipeline enters directly behind the box and is equipped with a 2-meter long 10mm nitrogen hose externally;

4. Nitrogen needs to be provided by your company.


Sample limitations

This device prohibits the testing of samples containing flammable, explosive, and volatile substances; Tests for storing samples of corrosive substances, tests for storing organisms, tests and storage of samples of strong electromagnetic emission sources, etc
