The digital absolute pressure gauge can measure absolute pressure above 500pa, and the accuracy can reach 0.02% of the full range. However, when measuring high vacuum below 500pa, the signal output of the piezoresistive sensor is too small, and the accuracy is poor in high vacuum situations.
