This machine is a specialized processing equipment developed according to the requirements of GB/T229-2007 "Metallic Charpy notch impact test method" for the production of V-type and U-shaped impact specimens, fully meeting the indicators specified in standards such as GB229-2007, ASTM, E23-02a, EN10045, ISO148, ISO083, etc.
This machine consists of a working part, hydraulic drive part, electrical control part, lubrication and cooling part, auxiliary part, etc. Randomly configure 2mmV and 2mm U-shaped cutting tools. The sample notch can be processed and formed in one go, and two standard sample notches can be successfully drawn in one go. The cutting tool is made of special materials and precision processing technology, and has the characteristics of high hardness, good wear resistance, and long service life.

Testing machine host
Working part of the host: The positioning seat of this machine has universality, and according to the special needs of the user, it can be easily replaced with other special notch dedicated zippers;
Host drive part: The oil cylinder is controlled by buttons on the workbench to move the positioning seat and the puller up and down at a reasonable cutting speed of 2.5m/min;
Power transmission, with the advantages of smooth loading, low noise, self-lubricating, and overvoltage protection function;
Electrical control part: It has the characteristic of automatic shutdown in place, ensuring the efficiency and safety of use.
Lubrication and cooling section: The machine tool cooling pump is used for oil supply, and an oil quantity adjustment device is designed to easily adjust the direction and size of oil flow. The oil pumped out by the cooling pump is sent to the guide rail for lubrication after passing through the throttle valve;
Auxiliary parts of the host: There are auxiliary devices such as lubricating oil filtration and iron chip collection, which ensure safe and efficient processing while keeping the internal environment of the machine clean and making it easy to remove iron chips.
