The casting structure adopts integrated molding technology, box structure, and the machine tool has high rigidity, high strength, and excellent geometric positioning accuracy. The head, body, saddle, base, and workbench are all made of high-grade cast iron materials and have undergone stress relief treatment, resulting in stable mechanical accuracy and excellent rigidity. 2. The spindle head is designed with a box shaped mechanism and reinforced internal ribs, providing high rigidity, stability, and suitability for machining parts. Cooling circulating oil, sufficient circulation combined with high-efficiency cooling machine, effectively controls the temperature rise of the spindle and maintains the precision of spindle operation. 3. The X/Y/Z three-axis adopts a hard rail structure, which has high rigidity, low noise, and low friction characteristics, and can achieve fast displacement and optimal circular accuracy. 4. All three axes are equipped with precision ball screws pre pressed with C3 level double nuts, combined with pre tensioned design of the support seats at both ends, which can eliminate transmission backlash and pre compensate for errors caused by temperature rise, ensuring positioning accuracy. 5. High precision laser measuring instruments are used to inspect the three-axis travel of the machine according to VDI 3441 standard, with six full stroke inspections back and forth to ensure good repeatability and accurate positioning of each axis, ensuring the accuracy of the machine. 6. Circular measurement inspection, using a circular measuring instrument/Renishaw, corrects the roundness and geometric accuracy of the machine to ensure the accuracy of the machine's motion.
