The V-shaped ball valve developed by our company is an advanced control valve with right angle rotation. Its opening and closing parts are hemispherical bodies with special V-shaped openings and sharp cutting edges. During the rotation of the sphere, the sealing surface has strong cutting force and self-cleaning function. The V-shaped opening of the sphere forms a fan-shaped area with the valve seat flow channel, which can change the cross-sectional area of the flow channel during the rotation process, forming a linear proportional precise adjustment of the medium. 1. Valve body:
a) The integrated design provides higher strength for the valve body, which can better withstand pipeline pressure

2. Valve core:
a) The specially designed V-shaped ball has strong shear and sealing properties on the medium, achieving proportional adjustment of the flow characteristics of the medium.
b) Hard chrome plating, desalination, supersonic spraying and other sealing surface hardening processes can be used to increase the hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the sealing surface.
c) The precision ground spherical surface reduces the friction between the sealing surfaces, thereby reducing the torque.
3. Valve seat:
a) The special non seat cover design avoids blind spots that are prone to blockage between the valve seat and the valve body, and prevents the valve seat from getting stuck.
b) The valve seat spring adopts a snap spring design, which provides pre tightening force for the valve seat seal while greatly reducing the torque required to drive the valve.
c) A valve seat with pre tensioning force can provide good sealing for the valve even under small pressure differentials
4. 阀杆：
a) The fixed ball valve structure, with upper and lower double valve stems and double bearings to fix the valve core, has higher stability. The bearing is a self-lubricating bearing made of composite material and sintered on the rotating bearing surface, which has very strong wear resistance. Reduced torque, avoided long-term use of the valve, and prevented valve stem from biting.
