The unmanned weighing system based on license plate recognition, IC card, and RFID card is a self-service terminal card issuing system. After the driver has parked the vehicle on the list and got off the car, they enter the shipping information such as the unit name into the automatic terminal card issuing system and swipe their card to enter the site. When conducting weighing management, video capture, infrared positioning anti pressure scale, anti remote control alarm, voice prompt, large screen display, intelligent barrier gate control management, IC card, ID card, RFID card swiping for weighing will be performed.

The unmanned intelligent weighing system mainly refers to the weighing process of a vehicle from loading to unloading, which does not require human intervention. By combining software and hardware, automatic weighing of vehicles is achieved, and the computer automatically records the weighing data of the vehicle after stabilization. Through local area network connection, management personnel can access real-time vehicle weighing data and video materials through the network.
Before automatic weighing, it is necessary to register the card information here, enter the correct license plate number, finished product name, finished product model, material unit, unloading location, carrier unit, deposit, IC card number, time, and then swipe the card. After the card number is displayed on the page, click on the card issuance button to complete the card issuance process. Combined with contactless sensing card swiping technology, unmanned operation can be achieved. When the vehicle is parked on the weighing platform, the weighing software automatically collects vehicle information through RFID devices. After the weighing software determines that the weighing data is stable, it captures photos and saves the gross weight or tare weight. A camera can be used to capture photos of the driver swiping the card, print documents, release the vehicle, and then start the next vehicle. When a vehicle passes the tare weight for the second time, the software automatically retrieves the collected vehicle information. After the software determines that the vehicle is stable, it begins to capture tare weight photos and save the weight. Then, it combines the data with the first gross weight to form a record, calculates the net weight, and prints the document. In this way, the computer stores the gross weight, tare weight, net weight data of the vehicle, as well as photos of the saved gross weight and tare weight, and the driver's card number, which corresponds one-to-one with the vehicle number. Therefore, RFID unmanned weighing systems are widely used in power plants, coal mines, non-ferrous metal mines, garbage dumps, freight stations and other units.
