Instructions for using the reclining brake
1、 A row of hydraulic cylinders is used to directly top the back of the movable dam surface with the bottom as the axis, achieving the purpose of raising the dam for water interception and lowering the dam for flood discharge.
2、 A row of sliding support rods is used to support the back of the movable dam surface (note: H-shaped movable double rod support is used in the engineering photo, and sliding single rod support will be used in future projects for greater stability), forming a stable support pier dam.
3、 By using linked steel hinge lines to drive positioning pins, a mutual exchange of fixed and movable support piers and dams is formed, achieving the purpose of fixed water interception and movable dam lowering.
4、 By using float switches to control the operation of the hydraulic system, unmanned management can be achieved, and automatic lifting and lowering of the active dam surface can be achieved according to the rise and fall of floods.
Procurement Notice for Steel Dam Sluice Flip Plate Gate and Reclining Sluice
1、 Low cost
The overall cost of hydraulic lift dams is only a fraction of that of water gates and rubber dams of the same specifications. The movable dam part is the same as the ordinary flap door, lower than the hydraulic flap door. The width of the fixed weir top only needs to be equal to the height of the active dam, therefore, the overall project investment is * *.
2、 The hydraulic lifting dam structure is sturdy and reliable, with a long service life.
After raising the dam surface, a stable support pier dam structure is formed, with a fixed triangular support. The mechanical structure is highly scientific and has strong resistance to flood impact. The service life is over 50 years.
3、 The hydraulic lift dam has strong flood discharge capacity.
After the movable dam surface of the horizontal gate is lowered, the dam surface only rises 20 centimeters above the top of the fixed weir, achieving the same flood discharge effect as without a dam. Therefore, even a once-in-a-millennium catastrophic flood will not cause damage to it. The flood discharge, sand flushing, and floating debris removal are all effective. During the flood season, no objects can be seen on the riverbed, which does not affect flood control or navigation. Therefore, there is no need to build a ship lock.
