Product Introduction:

The U-3900/3900H spectrophotometer can meet various analytical needs, with analysis objects ranging from fixed materials to liquid materials. There are two types of this instrument, which can be selected according to the needs of analysis and detection purposes. This type of instrument has a wide range of applications, with a focus on analysis and detection in fields such as water quality, environment, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and materials. This product is a PC controlled system.

Product features:

1. Low scattered light and low noise, with a wide range of measurable absorbance.

The more light transmitted, the smaller the spectral noise obtained, so the wider the range of light that can detect the absorption area. It can detect high concentration samples and has a wider range of applicable concentrations.

2. Stable optics of dual beams.

Using WI lamp (visible light region) and D2 lamp (ultraviolet region) as light sources, the wavelength can be converted according to the detection needs. The dual beam system separates monochromatic light, and the monochromatic light from the monochromator is divided into a reference beam and a sample beam by a fan-shaped rotating mirror and directly enters the sample chamber.

3. The UV Solutions program used by U-3900 (requires computer connection) can easily control the device and support various quantitative analysis functions.

Specialized operating software can provide many functions such as comparing and previewing detection data, making analysis capabilities more powerful.

4. Multiple accessories for liquid and solid sample detection

The U-3900/3900H spectrophotometer uses a Seya Namioka monochromator and is equipped with an aberration corrected concave grating.

Simultaneously possessing the focusing and dispersion functions of the light beam, the optical system has strong performance and uses fewer mirrors, requiring only a shorter optical path. Therefore, the aberration reduction ability and optical brightness can be improved.

After installing an improved large volume material chamber, the U-3900/3900H UV visible spectrophotometer can detect the reflection characteristics of the sample, polarization characteristics caused by changes in incident angle, and the transmission of solid samples and optical components.

If using 5 °/45 ° mirror reflection accessories and a 10mm right angle colorimetric cell, these accessories must be purchased separately.

The installed dual monochromator adopts Hitachi's original concave focusing grating, which has excellent linearity and ensures the detection of high concentration materials. Therefore, quantitative analysis with high reliability can be conducted.

2. High efficiency in detecting trace materials

By using micro focusing sample cells, satisfactory detection results can be achieved even with 5, 25, and 50 µ L micro sample cells.

Software:

The relevant functions of the operating software are described as follows:

1. Easy comparison of measurement data

By overlapping spectra and measuring Abs at different wavelengths, easy comparison of spectra can be achieved, covering measured data or specific wavelength values (there are 12 specific wavelengths, and 10 spectra can be compared) (up to 10 spectra can be compared at 12 wavelength points) for data comparison.

2. File import function with preview

Using the file import tool button with preview, up to two sets of data can be previewed without opening the data file.
