SUV5 is a universal instrument suitable for meteorological observation, material testing, lamp monitoring, and aging tests conducted in solar simulators.
It uses high-quality domes and scatterers to optimize directional response characteristics. The optional filter provides sensitivity to the combined UVA and UVB irradiance, as shown in the following figure. The photodiode generates a voltage output that is linearly proportional to the intensity of ultraviolet radiation.
SUV5 is not suitable for measuring specific UV spectral ranges, such as UVA, UVB, or UVE/UX indices. To measure these individual parameters, we need to use our UVS series products.
The cables of the plug and socket use waterproof connectors for easy installation. The buckle type sunshade provides protection for the connector, making it convenient for you to view the integrated bubble level inside. SUV5 is equipped with a Modbus ® Interface, analog output signal is amplified and processed, with fast response time, and temperature correction is adopted for measurement data. Its power supply range is wide and the power supply voltage is low, between 5-30VDC, making it easy to integrate with meteorological stations and solar power stations. Due to the standardized output and connectors used in each SUV6, you can easily exchange instruments for recalibration. The standard components provided include SmartExplorer Windows for recording data ™ Software, data display screen, and Modbus ® Address setting module.
Within 6 months of purchasing this product, end users must complete product registration to activate the extended warranty period.
