1. Performance and quality assurance: Strictly design and produce according to the technical specifications of the equipment to ensure that the performance and quality of the equipment meet the requirements agreed upon by both parties. And provide relevant inspection certificates.

2. Transportation and cost issues: Responsible for transporting equipment to the customer's designated location and bearing related costs (excluding stackers, cranes, and movers).

3. Installation, commissioning and acceptance: Free installation and commissioning of equipment until normal operation, and actively cooperate with your company's relevant acceptance work.

4. User operation training: Free training on operation and daily maintenance for your company's equipment users.

5. Problem response and handling: If the equipment encounters problems during use, respond quickly and assign technical engineers to handle and solve the problems in a timely manner. Emergency repairs should be completed within 8 hours, while general repairs should be completed within 24 hours.

6. Free Warranty and Technology: From the date of delivery, the equipment is covered by a one-year free warranty (excluding damage caused by natural disasters, power abnormalities, improper operation and maintenance, self repair or modification). Technical support is free for life.

7. Lifetime maintenance service: For equipment problems that occur during non free warranty periods or do not meet free warranty conditions, we will also provide lifetime maintenance service with a positive attitude, and only charge basic labor, transportation, and spare parts fees. The fees collected will be negotiated with your company in a friendly manner. If there are program issues that cannot be fully confirmed and your company's department head has made a commitment, Aerospace Zhida Technology will prioritize handling equipment issues.
