A photometric range with 8Abs in the UV visible region and 7Abs in the near-infrared region

  • Near infrared region
    High sensitivity InGaAs detectors have been installed in the near-infrared region. The direct injection detector achieves low noise by installing an integrated amplifier and supports a metering range of 7Abs in the near-infrared region.
  • UV Visible Region
    The UV visible region continues to use the old model*1The metering range is 8Abs.
    In addition, UH4150AD+uses a more sensitive photomultiplier tube, which allows for flexible selection of detector switching wavelengths based on the optical characteristics of the sample.

With a wide metering range in the ultraviolet, visible, and near-infrared regions, it is highly suitable for evaluating near-infrared optical components, such as LiDAR sensing devices for autonomous driving*2Waiting for optical components and filters for smartphone cameras, facial recognition filters, etc.

Using the highly acclaimed UH4150 optical system

The incident angle is crucial in determining the normal reflection of solid samples. For focused light beams, the incident angle varies with the focal length, resulting in differences between the predicted and actual values of optical thin films such as conductive multilayer films and prisms.

For parallel beams, the incident angles of all samples are approximately parallel, allowing for high-precision determination of specular reflection. In addition, parallel beams are also effective for evaluating diffusion (haze) and measuring lens transmittance.
