The measurement range can be from less than one meter to more than ten meters, and there is no place that cannot be tested in reality. In addition, it can be equipped with insulation jacket type, alarm switch, and remote transmission device outdoors, displaying data very clearly and the testing range is also very large. Because the part where the data is displayed during the measurement process does not directly contact the medium, it can better display the super performance for high-pressure, toxic, harmful, strongly corrosive media, and high-temperature media. Its design is reasonable and allows for maintenance and replacement of components without affecting production. Working principle of UFZ-52 high-pressure magnetic level gauge:
The magnetic float level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and the action of magnetism. When the liquid in the container being tested rises, the magnetic float in the body tube of the level gauge also rises and falls, and has good control performance in the future working process. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the indicator of the magnetic flip column through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 degrees. When the liquid level drops, the flip column changes from red to white, indicating that the actual height of the medium inside the container will also be displayed on the liquid level display differently. If an alarm is needed, an alarm switch can be added, and the position can be adjusted. If the instrument room requires continuous signals, remote transmission devices can be added. Output 4-20mA analog signal and transmit it remotely to the instrument room.

Installation and usage precautions
Welding slag, magnetic conductive substances, and other impurities are not allowed to exist inside the measuring tube.
When installing the float into the measuring tube, pay attention to the arrow markings and do not invert it.
When conducting overall pressure testing or welding of the equipment, the float should be removed.
When the liquid level gauge is put into operation, it should be avoided that the liquid quickly enters the measuring tube to prevent the rapid rise of the float, which may cause the indicator tube (plate) to track poorly.
When the liquid level gauge is used for a long time under high temperature (>120 ℃) conditions, if it is found that the indicator tube (plate) is not tracking properly, first check whether the magnetic steel has demagnetized. If demagnetized, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
