TP total phosphorus online monitoring equipment, based on the national authoritative certification method GB 11893-89《Determination of total phosphorus in water quality - Ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric method》It is a cost-effective water quality testing equipment that can quickly determine the concentration value of TP total phosphorus in enterprise wastewater. It uses colorimetric measurement, advanced solid-state cold light source, narrowband interference technology, and microcomputer automatic data processing to directly display and print the concentration value of the sample. The device is equipped with a 7-inch full-color LCD screen and a guided monitoring mode, which reduces learning costs and allows users to easily and quickly operate it.


Detection Principle

According to the development and design of the "Determination of Total Phosphorus in Water Quality - Ammonium Molybdate spectrophotometric method", a digestion device is used for closed digestion. Potassium persulfate is used as an oxidant to convert all phosphorus containing compounds in the sample into phosphate ions at 125 ℃. Then, under acidic conditions, orthophosphate reacts with ammonium molybdate and potassium antimony tartrate to generate phosphomolybdic acid, which is reduced by the reducing agent ascorbic acid to form a blue complex. The total phosphorus detection item is selected by colorimetric method, and the imported cold light source emits a light source signal to the sensor. The data is processed by a RAM processor and directly fed back to the sample concentration value, which is displayed in mg/L.
