Testing Principles

The total phosphorus module is divided into two parts, the * * part is a high-temperature chemical digestion module used to heat and digest samples, and the * * part is an analysis module used to test phosphate concentration.

During the digestion process, all valence states of phosphorus compounds are converted into orthophosphate that can be analyzed by photometry. The reaction is based on the oxidation of other valence states of phosphorus to orthophosphate by persulfate under acidic conditionsPO₄^3-High temperature and high pressure conditions can greatly shorten the digestion time.

The molybdenum blue colorimetric method is used to test the concentration of orthophosphate: molybdate is added to the sample, and a chemical reaction is carried out to make the sample blue. The color change is sensed by a photometer and then converted into concentration. The entire process is carried out in an orderly manner under the control of the controller, thus ensuring high operational safety.
