The UHZ-58/D series magnetic level gauge is a product introduced and absorbed by our company, and digested, absorbed, and improved according to the magnetic level gauge standard HG/T21584-95 issued by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. It can be used for measuring the liquid level of media in various equipment such as towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers, and boilers. This magnetic level gauge series can achieve high sealing, leak prevention, and adapt to liquid level measurement under high pressure, high temperature, and corrosive conditions. The entire measurement process has no blind spots, the display is eye-catching, the reading is intuitive, and it can be equipped with a night light display. Especially in the on-site indication section, as it does not come into direct contact with liquid media, it can better demonstrate its superiority over high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, toxic, harmful, and highly corrosive media. Therefore, it has higher reliability, safety, performance, and practicality than traditional glass tube and plate level gauges.
The significant feature of the top mounted magnetic level gauge is that the liquid medium is completely isolated from the indicator, making it very safe and durable in any situation. Moreover, each model of level gauge is equipped with a level alarm and control switch, which can achieve upper and lower over limit alarm control or interlocking of the level or boundary. Equipped with a dry spring chipset liquid level transmitter, the liquid level and boundary signals can be converted into 4-20mADC standard signals, which can be transmitted to computers, regulators, liquid level digital displays, and liquid level digital instruments for remote indication, detection, recording, and control. This series of liquid level gauges is widely used for liquid level measurement and control in various production processes such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, food, and electricity.
[Structural Principle]
The liquid level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red or white to flip 180 degrees. When the liquid level rises, the flipping column turns from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flipping column turns from red to white again. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving the indication of the liquid level.
