structureIt mainly consists of components such as coarse filter, heater, vacuum tank, atomizer, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump, cooler, temperature controller, precision filter, and electrical control.
working principle:When the oil filter is working, the oil is filtered through a highly efficient and large capacity specialized filter to remove impurities. By using a specially designed water separator and personalized vacuum separator, which utilizes oleophilic and hydrophobic technology and the principle of "air pockets", the contact area of the oil in the vacuum separator is expanded by hundreds of times. The "air pocket" system also continuously increases the surface area of the oil evaporation, and the evaporation interface is constantly updated, allowing the moisture in the oil to quickly vaporize and evaporate under low heat, high vacuum degree, large surface, and high pumping speed conditions, and be discharged from the vacuum system.
The water and gas discharged from the upper part of the vacuum separator are cooled and dehumidified twice by the cooling system, and then discharged into the air by the vacuum pump.
After vacuum vaporization and dehydration in the vacuum separator, the dry oil is pumped from negative pressure to positive pressure by the oil transfer pump. After fine filtration, the purified oil is cooled and discharged from the oil outlet, completing the entire purification process.

4、 Instructions for using oil filters, vacuum oil filters, and turbine oil vacuum oil filters
1) Manually start the vacuum pump and ensure its operation;
2) When the vacuum degree reaches -0.080Mpa, open valve 1 and the system begins to enter oil;
3) When the oil reaches the infrared controlled oil level, the oil pump automatically starts (during operation, the infrared automatically controls the start and stop of the oil pump), and the oil outlet begins to discharge oil;
4) Appropriately open bypass valve 23 to maintain a relative balance of inlet and outlet oil volume.
5) . Timely adjust the opening of the air ballast valve to keep the low vacuum degree of the vacuum separator free of foam.
6) After the system oil circulation is normal, close the circuit breaker of the heater, manually turn on the heater, and the entire system will operate.
7) When the whole machine is fully in normal working condition, valves 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 can be opened to allow the separated water to settle in water reservoirs 18 and 20;
8) When water settles in the water storage tanks 18 and 20 and reaches the upper part of the liquid level pipe, it should be released in a timely manner.

b)、 After the water is drained, close valves 15, 16 and 21, 22, and open valves 10, 11, 12, 13, 14;
9) When the oil output exceeds the pressure (due to reasons such as the oil outlet valve not being opened or the fine filter being blocked) (set value ≤ 0.3mpa), the pressure control instrument works and the whole machine stops working. When running again, press the emergency stop button and then turn right to reset.
10) When water settles in the water storage tank 50 and reaches the upper part of the liquid level pipe, it should be released in a timely manner.

5、 Maintenance and upkeep of turbine oil specific oil filters, coalescence dehydration oil filters, and vacuum oil filters
When it is necessary to stop the machine, the heater must be stopped first, followed by the vacuum pump and exhaust pump, then the inlet valve must be closed, and finally the main power supply must be cut off. Drain the water from the cooler. During operation, the working condition of each alarm and indicator light should be regularly observed.
This oil purification device is mainly suitable for the purification treatment of turbine oil and operates together with the turbine. It can efficiently and quickly remove impurities, particles, and aging products in the oil caused by steam turbine bearing leakage and shaft wear, and can also quickly eliminate emulsification caused by oil stirring in some cases.
