The gear pump is driven by an electric motor through a coupling to rotate, causing hydraulic oil to enter the filter bed and filter out impurities in the oil through filter paper. Due to the capillary action of the oil filter paper, it can absorb residual moisture in the oil. The function of the reflux valve is to control the pressure of the pipeline system. When the oil pressure exceeds the specified value, the safety valve can be opened to reduce the pressure, allowing the oil to circulate in the pump on its own without further increase in oil pressure, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment. The return valve uses the vacuum effect of the gear pump inlet to suck the remaining oil in the oil pan into the filter. The drain nozzle is used for extracting oil samples.
