Detection Principle:
The instrument is based on the national standard "HJ 535-2009 Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen in Water Quality - Nessler's Reagent Spectrometric Method". Its measurement principle is that after mixing the water sample with a masking agent, ammonia nitrogen in the form of free ammonia or ammonium ions reacts with Nessler's reagent to form a colored mixture, and the absorbance of this mixture is proportional to the ammonia nitrogen content. By using the principle of photoelectric colorimetry to detect absorbance, the concentration of ammonia nitrogen can be calculated.
