Working principle of shredder
This equipment mainly consists of a feed bin, a crushing double stick, a power distribution control system, a discharge conveyor, and a power drive;
Feeding bin: Place the wood to be crushed to prevent accidents caused by splashing out of the wood during crushing;
Crushing double rollers: The double rollers are equipped with wear-resistant knives. After all the knife discs are assembled, a spiral knife is formed. After rotation, each knife disc is evenly stressed. The double rollers are fastened to ensure that there are no large gaps between the two roller knife discs. This is achieved through the hook and scratch of the knife and the compression between the double rollers
Power system: The feeding is driven by a reducer;

Equipment operation and daily maintenance

Before starting each shift, check the lubrication condition of the bearings. After each shift, clean the equipment carefully and strictly prohibit the equipment from being soaked in water.
