
1. Purpose and Scope of Application
The AT28E-DF3-T three-phase remote prepaid multi rate multifunctional energy meter is a new generation intelligent energy meter developed and produced using advanced microelectronics technology and SMT process.
This meter implements time-sharing measurement, sets daily automatic data transfer, programs and reads meters on handheld terminals or PCs, and displays on LCD screens; It can be set with 4 rates, 12 time periods, 2 time zones, and 12 digit meter numbers, and has power test pulse output.
The electric energy meter should be installed inside an indoor or outdoor meter box, in an environment with a temperature range of -25 ℃ to 55 ℃ and a relative humidity not exceeding 95%.
This product complies with all technical requirements of Level 1.0 three-phase electronic energy meters in IEC1036 and GB/T17215.321-2008 standards, prepaid meters in GB/T18460-2001, and technical requirements for multi rate energy meters in GB/T15284-2002 "Special Requirements for Multi rate Energy Meters".
RS485 communication interface, communication protocol can be selected as Modbus RTU or DLT645-1997 or DLT645-2007, which can be networked to achieve one card power purchase.

2. Main functions and features
2.1 Time division active and reverse energy measurement, reactive energy measurement, can be divided into 4 rates and 12 time periods.
2.2 Infrared communication, programming settings, and meter reading can be performed through a handheld computer.
2.3 It is possible to implement parameter rotation, and the parameters (not exceeding 32 items) and time intervals of the rotation can be pre-set. The order of parameter rotation can also be set arbitrarily.
Wheel display content: remaining amount, total cumulative electricity consumption, cumulative electricity consumption for the first rate, cumulative electricity consumption for the second rate, cumulative electricity consumption for the third rate, cumulative electricity consumption for the fourth rate, date, time, instrument pulse constant, and meter number.
The amount used is calculated based on four different rates, and when the remaining amount is zero, it can be set as automatic power-off.
2.4 Equipped with optocoupler isolation active passive pulse output interface, with the same pulse constant as the meter constant.
2.5 It has programming prohibition function and data reset function.
2.6 It has the function of purchasing electricity first and then using it, and automatically freezing the monthly electricity consumption rates on designated meter reading days.
2.7 Within the rated current range, the maximum operating power can be limited (by the power supply department).
2.8 Clock function
It has calendar, timing, and leap year automatic conversion functions. The energy meter has a hard clock with a daily time error of no more than 0.5 seconds.
After the 2.9 function is activated, the direct access type realizes automatic power-off, and the transformer type sends a signal to close or open the contact.
