Structural form of kettle body:

It consists of a built-in heating coil, an external cooling jacket, a stirrer, and an inner shell. During production, steam enters the inner coil to heat the material. As the inner coil is completely immersed in the material, the heating effect is very good. During cooling, both the inner coil and the outer jacket are simultaneously filled with cooling water, greatly improving the cooling speed.
The internal components that come into contact with the production medium at the same time are made of stainless steel SUS316L and titanium (TAI1). Titanium makes the equipment more durable while also protecting against metal material pollution caused by high-speed friction during material reactions.
