This filler selects several high-quality varieties of polyolefin and polyamide that are resistant to corrosion, temperature, and aging. It is mixed with hydrophilic, adsorption, and anti thermal oxygen additives, and uses special drawing and wire making processes to insert and fix the wire strips on a corrosion-resistant and high-strength central rope. Due to excellent material selection and process formulation, moderate rigidity and flexibility, the wire strips are arranged in a three-dimensional and radiating state, and a suspended three-dimensional elastic filler monomer is made. The filler can be fully spread in all directions in the effective area, allowing air, water, and biofilm to fully mix and exchange. The biofilm can not only be uniformly implanted on each wire strip, but also maintain good activity and pore variability. And it can obtain an increasingly larger specific surface area during operation, while also facilitating good metabolism, This feature and phenomenon are incomparable to other fillers currently available in China. Compared with rigid honeycomb fillers, this filler has greater variability in voids and does not clog; Compared with soft fillers, the material has a longer lifespan and does not adhere or clump together; Compared with semi soft fillers, it has a large surface area, rapid film formation, and low cost.
