Structure and performance characteristics:
★ It has the functions of fast forward, work in, and quick return;
Working principle: Fast approach and fast return are both operated through the intermediate oil cylinder. When working, hydraulic oil enters the three oil cylinders and simultaneously pressurizes the workpiece to ensure pressure balance;
When three oil cylinders are working, correct the problem of flattening in the central part of a regular bending machine. The up and down motion balance of this machine adopts a mechanical synchronous shaft steel structure, which is simple in structure and easy to maintain;
This machine can solve the problem of excessive central angle by adjusting the pressure and holding time according to different plate thicknesses.
