Xingren Denggao Power Plant is a supporting power plant for the coal electricity aluminum integration project of Xingren Denggao Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., and is affiliated with Guangxi Denggao Group Co., Ltd. Our company undertakes its desulfurization and denitrification projects, electrolytic aluminum workshop dust removal projects, and desulfurization wastewater treatment projects. The desulfurization and denitrification of boiler flue gas adopts a combination of traditional processes and supergravity technology. The traditional process adopts SNCR denitrification process and limestone gypsum wet desulfurization process. The denitrification system uses ammonia water as a reducing agent and adopts furnace ammonia injection denitrification; The desulfurization system adopts spray desulfurization, and the desulfurization tower adopts six layer spraying; After traditional processing, the sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide indicators meet the national "Air Pollutant Emission Standards for Thermal Power Plants". The use of supergravity technology for deep treatment of boiler flue gas ensures that the final emission of flue gas meets the local boiler flue gas emission standards for thermal power plants. After treatment by the supergravity device, the flue gas sulfur dioxide is less than 50mg/m3, nitrogen oxides are less than 50mg/m3, and dust is less than 15mg/m3. The entire system operates fully automatically and has been running normally since its official launch. The denitrification and desulfurization effects meet the requirements.
